The client runs a successful coaching and personal development training consultancy. He was looking to maintain contact with previous course attendees (due to a high rate of repeat business and referrals), promote upcoming public courses and generate new leads.
Marcanda worked with the client to suggest ways to segment the database, researched and developed content for website blog posts that would be of interest to the mailing list and wrote targeted emails to send out to the 5-7 segments in the mailing list. Marcanda also produced a one-page download related to each blog post, accessible after completing a contact form on the website, to generate new leads. The emails generated significant interest from recipients with click through rates well-above industry average and the blog posts contributed to increased traffic to the client's website and increased time spent on the site.
