Fiona has recently set up Verve Learning and Development - an L&D consultancy specialising in Management, Leadership and Personal Development with a focus on wellbeing. Fiona had a business plan and had created an initial website, but was looking for help with her marketing strategy, in particular how to build brand awareness and generate new leads that would kickstart her business.
After an initial call to understand the background to Fiona's business, Marcanda built up an understanding of the competitive landscape around Verve L&D. We identified competitor USPs (unique selling points) and undertook a SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) to highlight where Verve stands out, areas for improvement from a marketing perspective and opportunities to exploit. We worked with Fiona to help distil her message and provide clarity about the unique aspects of what she is offering and the benefits to her clients. We reviewed Verve's website and provided constructive feedback that would improve the usability and marketing potential of the site. To assist Fiona with her objectives of building her brand and generating new leads, we offered a wide range of ideas to get her business off the ground.
