Suzy Lamplugh Trust is a charity which has a commercial arm that offers personal safety training to individuals and organisations. They had allocated increased marketing budget for 2018 and had stretch targets to increase sales as well as diversify their portfolio of clients. They wanted help with their messaging, strategy and plan for the year to allow them to make most efficient use of a small team.
Marcanda ran a series of workshops to discuss and agree messaging, getting input from the whole team about the charity’s unique selling points. We created a plan for the year to breakdown content requirements and show how content could be re-used across channels. We also included communications, marketing and sales activity so that the team’s time and efforts could be easily reviewed and prioritised.
On an ongoing basis we provide regular mentoring to share our knowledge and experience to help keep the team on track towards their goals.
