Our client provides medicolegal reports and expert witnesses to solicitors for use in personal injury and medical negligence legal cases.

THE BUSINESS: Our client is a business coach specialising in one-to-one coaching, team transformation and coach supervision. 

THE MARKETING CHALLENGE: Our client needed help redefining the visual identity of her business, in particular creating a website that truly reflected her values and personality. Moving on from that initial phase, Kathryn (KP) was looking for support producing videos and promoting her business on social media to drive increased brand awareness amongst her network.

THE MARCANDA SOLUTION: We worked closely with KP to get a feel for her tone of voice so we could write her website content to reflect her personality. Using WordPress we produced a mobile-optimised website that introduces Kathryn to her prospective clients and showcases her services. We produce social media content aligned to KP’s business goals and topical industry news that keep her name and her brand in mind with clients and potential clients in her network.

THE BUSINESS: Our client runs a successful coaching and personal development training consultancy. 

THE MARKETING CHALLENGE: Our client was looking to maintain contact with previous course attendees (due to a high rate of repeat business and referrals), promote upcoming public courses and generate new leads.

THE MARCANDA SOLUTION: Marcanda worked with the client to suggest ways to segment the database, researched and developed content for website blog posts that would be of interest to the mailing list and wrote targeted emails to send out to the 5-7 segments in the mailing list. Marcanda also produced a one-page download related to each blog post, accessible after completing a contact form on the website, to generate new leads. The emails generated significant interest from recipients with click through rates well-above industry average and the blog posts contributed to increased traffic to the client’s website and increased time spent on the site.
